AgentSync needed a modular exhibit that could scale seamlessly between 10x10 and 10x20 sizes without sacrificing the look, feel, or impact of the brand. Already known for creating memorable event experiences, we helped AgentSync refresh their look while maintaining the same level of quality, personality and brand consistency.
We designed a clean, modern booth system around AgentSync’s brand palette, using crisp white architecture, blue LED lighting, and lush foliage panels to balance polish with a calm, inviting feel. The layout was built to stay visually consistent across various booth sizes.
The booth was engineered as a modular system that could be reconfigured without losing its signature look. TPE managed fabrication, show coordination, and on-site execution to ensure the lighting, branded surfaces, foliage elements, and interactive areas came together consistently at each event.
AgentSync generated 50+ leads—more than 50% above the industry average—while creating a booth attendees genuinely wanted to experience. Visitors stopped to compliment the design, engage with the activation, and have meaningful conversations, turning the space into a destination on the show floor.
