We Run the Floor
You shouldn’t be wrangling forklifts at 6am. We handle the floor — freight, install, on-site, and teardown.
Getting the booth to the hall, on time, through the show’s receiving and drayage process.
Our crew assembles it to spec — the same people who test-built it in the shop.

Trade show booth setup is where most projects break down. A labor crew that has never seen the booth opens crates packed by a fabricator they've never met. We removed that risk.
We work show floors across the country: Las Vegas, Chicago, Orlando, New York, San Francisco, Dallas, and everywhere in between. Union or non-union venue, the process is the same: our supervisors direct the crew, our standard holds, and the labor hours stay lean.

Also called drayage: moving crates from dock to booth. It's billed by weight, so we plan shipments to keep it lean.
Anything hung from the ceiling: signs, lighting, structure. It requires venue approval and licensed crews.
Shipping early to the show's warehouse so your freight is first to the floor on move-in day.
Show services cost less when ordered early. We track every date so you don't end up paying the late rate.
Many venues require it for certain tasks. Our supervisors direct the work to our standard.
The venue's general contractor, sometimes called the tradeshow decorator. They run the hall: aisle carpet, drayage, and signage rules. We coordinate with them so you never have to.
